This short prayer is widely added after the Glory Be at the end of each Rosary decade, following the message of Our Lady at Fatima. It is a devotional addition rather than part of the Rosary’s essential structure.
Marian. Associated with Our Lady’s requests at Fatima, it extends Marian devotion toward conversion and mercy for souls.
Contrition & mercy. It asks forgiveness for sins and deliverance from hell, expressing sorrow and trust in Christ’s mercy.
Trust & surrender. The prayer entrusts souls to Jesus’ mercy, especially those most in need.
Part of the Rosary — a meditation on the life of Christ through the eyes of His Mother.
